Visiting Paris

Visiting Paris was on our list for a very long time. We have been there once in the Summer of 1996, which is a very long time indeed. This must have been our vacation destination in 2020, but we had to postpone it after booking all accommodation in advance due to lockdowns. 

It is good that we were able to reclaim parts of the prepaid sums and use them on this trip. Thus we could get a sense of the damaging effects of inflation on our vacation budget.

Before leaving, I have made plans for attractions to visit in Paris this time. That section of the trip was short, and one can get easily be lost in the numerous areas of the city to see
